Refund policy

We’re proud of the products we provide here at GudFur, if for whatever reason, you would like to return a product, we have made the process as simple as possible. We have a 30 day hassle-free returns policy as well as a friendly customer care team to support you.

If you want to return a product because you have changed your mind or no longer want it, simply return it to us within 30-days in its original condition for a complete refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can click on the "contact us" button at the bottom of our website or email us at, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you when we have received the item back in our warehouse and also when your refund will be processed. We will refund you using the same payment method you used when placing your original order. When sending back an item, we recommend using a traceable delivery method to ensure safe delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
